To qualify as a Kindred Crystal wholesale customer, you must be reselling our products through your business. Wholesale access is available to shop owners, market stallholders, manufacturers, online stores, and healers or practitioners who incorporate and resell crystals to their clients.
Our aim is to see Kindred Crystal products shared and stocked Australia-wide through selected retailers, studios, and aligned resellers.
Wholesale customers can register by completing the application form on our Wholesale Registration page. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration and access to wholesale pricing.
Please note: A valid ABN/ACN is required to register as a wholesale customer.
First-time wholesale customers are required to place a minimum order of $200 with their first purchase.
All orders are on proforma terms, meaning full payment is required before dispatch. We do not offer accounts, layby, or pay-as-you-go options.
Approved wholesale accounts may hold stock for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Shipping options and total costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Most orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners (Fastway/Aramex), with delivery confirmation and tracking provided. Australia Post may be used if it offers a more cost-effective option.
Orders over $2000 shipped within Australia receive free freight.

International shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or a similar courier service, with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 business days.
A shipping quote will be emailed for your approval prior to processing your order.
The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with international deliveries.
