Aura Rose quartz is natural Rose Quartz that has been bonded with Platinum (sometimes Gold or Silver too) and it produces a beautiful opalescent sheen to the Rose Quartz.  It has all of the regular properties of Rose Quartz in addition to be a little more uplifting and peaceful.
